parcă am uitat tot.. Dacă simți astfel de stări, nu te îngrijora. Resimți stări ce pot fi întâlnite de orice student înainte sau în timpul susținerii unui examen. Fie că este vorba de un colocviu, o prezentare de grup sau susținerea examenului de licență.
Frica de a susține prezentări și de a vorbi în public reprezintă una dintre cele mai des întâlnite frici, din diverse motive: teama de a nu greși, de a nu te face de râs sau de a nu te bloca. În termeni de specialitate, regăsim acest concept sub denumirea de anxietate de performanță, și poate fi întâlnită la oricine, indiferent de vârstă, gen sau domeniul de activitate. Cei care resimt o astfel de anxietate au adesea probleme în a susține orice fel de prezentare sau discurs în fața unui public mai larg, fapt care aduce cu sine comportamente de evitare a situațiilor anxiogene sau chiar de evadare din acele situații. Nu întotdeauna însă acest lucru este și posibil. Cu atât mai puțin în cazul unor susțineri publice sine qua non, care condiționează finalizarea unor studii, cum ar fi examenul oral de licență.
Partea pozitivă este că, la fel ca orice frică sau anxietate, și aceasta poate fi depășită. Chiar mai mult, sunt “n” exemple de persoane care, cu susținerea și exercițiile potrivite, au reușit să aibă chiar succes în prezentările publice. Și pentru că timpul este cea mai valoroasă resursă, îți propun să trecem direct la treabă.
